Everybody loves masks. They are good for your skin, they treat every skin concern you may have and they feel so luxurious when you do them at home, you can almost close your eyes and feel like you are at your own spa retreat.
I personally do one up to 3 times a week, after exfoliating and cleansing. It is my personal time and it feels soooo good!
You can find masks for everything in the market: dull, dry, acne prone, oily skin, first wrinkles, firming, whitening, tightening…. The options are endless. There’s also lip masks, eye masks, neck, feet and hand masks.
Now, what is trendy in the beauty world is Multimasking. Bloggers are doing not 1 but up to 3 (even 4) masks at the same time, in order to tackle different skin problems at once.
They would use a mask for dull skin on their cheeks, a deep cleansing one on their foreheads, nose and chin and an eye mask for dark circles.
Not only are you saving time by tackling different problem areas at once, it also feels pretty cool (and colourful) to do so many at once. I feel like a pro.
Now, you can also do them one after the other but I do agree that your skin does not need necessarily the exact same treatment.
Here are some of my favourite ones:
What about you – do you use face masks regularly?
